The handyman came to see the project and explained me how he was going to develop it. He came with all materials I didnt have to worry about it. he finished early the firsts project and started the second. He made a great job. Thank you very much Alberto.

He was supposed to install kitchen faucet. But when he tried to turn off the hot water valve.he forced it and He broke the valve handle. He does not know how to care when is difficult to turn off valve. It caused replace anger stopper to turn off the valve and need to turn off hole building water line. It was night meat from his mistake. He did not resolve it and walk away irresponsibly. It was horrible experience with him. Cost a lot of money ($500 +)to clean up his mass and Misle from his unskillful handy man work.

Very pleasant to work with. He removed curtains and blinds; cleaned everything before installation of new rods and drapes. Cleanup was excellent. Will hire him again.

Alberto talked w/me by phone w/in 2 minutes of my requesting a call. He came the same day to see what needed to be done. The jobs were small - touch-up paint work and repairing a threshold into the bathroom. He stayed and did the work right then. Was thorough, knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself and was very nice, as well. I'll call him next time the house needs repairs.
