I am the reviewer that gave them a bad review.  Adam was able to respond quickly after the review.  The contract with his company was to bolt the foundation to the house and replace the cellar door.  He arrived promptly and began to test the foundation.  It turned out that our foundation is too "crumbly".  His honest assessment, which I appreciated, was that the bolting would not secure our house to the foundation.  He did not feel right about doing that work if in case of an earthquake the bolts would not keep the house in place.  He replaced the cellar door. and hauled the old one.  I was satisfied with his work.

He and his team did a great job, were on time, communicative as to what they were doing, tried to keep the dust controlled and in general were a pleasure to work with. We'd hire them again without hesitation!

Adam and his team we’re great. Adam offered us several different way’s we could approach our foundation problems. Rather than spending a million dollars up front he gave us what was important that needed or should happen now and things that were still important but that could be done later. We like that. We had the money to do Something! Just not the money to do Everything at once. Rather than the All or nothing approached Adam worked with us. We look forward to working with him again in the Spring. His team was on time and quick. They got in and got out. Thanks Adam!

Adam was great. He came out to the house and looked at the foundation
work we needed done. His estimate was much lower than some engineers
who looked at it. When he came out to do the work, he found some other
issues that needed fixing. He didn't charge us any extra even though
there was a fair amount of extra work. He and his crew were able to
finish everything in one day and did a great job. I'd definitely
recommend him to anyone!

Perfect... very professional. He finished right on time and charged exactly what he quoted.

Adam, was very responsive from the scheduling a quote to answering all of my questions. His follow throughout was strong. He showed up on time for the free quote and for making repairs. They finished on time and I couldn't even tell they had been here except for the great outcome. There were no surprises in the work or the quote.
Adam also did something very rare in today's world. He thanked me for giving him the work.
I would absolutely work with him again and recommend him to others. In fact I already have.

Adam from AJ Peet Construction did a great job. I was able to talk to him about what I wanted done. He had very good ideas about how to get the job done. His prices were reasonable. I was just happy with him all around.

My overall experience with this company was perfect. He was very professional and timely. He did what he said he was going to do and was easy to work with on changes as he was very flexible. He was very fair.
