Mark's prices were competitive and his workmanship is outstanding. While setting up the job, my calls were returned promptly. Once hired, communication was great, commitments were met (exceeded, actually), Mark went above and beyond to accelerate the job to meet my travel plans, and he was a pleasure to have around.... Work area was cleaned up each day, excellent communications, comfortable leaving him in my home, and beautiful work at a reasonable price. He took the time to carefully work out how to cut and align tiles for the most attractive, balanced finished look and managed to make 13" tiles lie smoothly despite the slope variations in the underlying balcony. I do not hesitate to recommend his work, a positive experience start to finish. note: approximate cost above is 'all in', including the tile for which Mark passed along his contractor's discount.
Description of Work: Installed tile on a balcony and master bath floor. The balcony was particularly difficult to work with as it slopes for drainage in various interesting ways.
