+ -1 moreMR MARTIN WAS COMPLETELY RESPONSIVE AND ATTENTIVE. HE HAD LOTS OF GREAT IDEAS, BUT MADE THE PROJECT WORK FOR ME, RATHER THAN IMPOSING HIS OWN AESTHETIC. HE DELIVERED BLUEPRINTS IN A REASONABLY TIMELY MANNER, AND WORKED WITH ME TO KEEP COSTS DOWN.
Description of Work: RESIDENTIAL REMODEL. GARAGE RECONSTRUCTION WITH NEW ROOF; BRACED WALLS, NEW PATIO DOOR, WALLED-OVER WINDOWS, LARGE BALCONY. WORKING DRAWINGS, AND BUILDING PERMIT PAPERWORK.
