I was first treated rudely and in contempt as if I was a criminal. This bank has created a life-altering situation that I am not responsible for. They are in no way eager to clear it up. Contrary to their TV ads, they do not take care of their customers as they imply. I want everyone to know that taking on a bank this large is not an easy feat. They think they are in the right without any documentation, and if they made an error, they are unwilling to admit and correct it. They obviously don't care that they are ruining this senior's reputation and adding stress to my life. I live on very little income and cannot afford to be seen in such bad light. It is hard enough for us women to make it today, and I certainly don't need this in my life. One thing I must add, this is a sensitive case and all info is not available to the public, only to the mediation team that is waiting to help me. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANKS!
