Home Inspection
Skip did a very thorough inspection of our 100 year old house. He had a back pain when he was there inspecting our house, so that slowed him down a bit, probably took him double his regular time, but we much prefer someone who takes it slow and very carefully, than someone who just ran through the house in a couple of hours.

Home Inspection
Skip is the most thorough and comprehensive home inspector I have ever used. His reports will tell you about your home and help to navigate to make informed decisions about repairs. He is objective, very objective, but also extremely comprehensive. He will spend several hours doing the inspection. After getting Skip's report I know exactly what is going on with what is my biggest investment, buying a home in the Bay Area. I highly recommend Skip and encourage every prospective home buyer to use him. You will not be disappointed.
