The only thing that wasn't perfect about my experience was letting me know they'd arrived. Although I gave them both a cell phone number and a land line number, no one thought to call me on that number when I didn't answer the cell phone call.

The service was excellent!
The driver showed up on time and was professional and very helpful. I have mobility issues and sometimes I need assistance
getting out of a car. My driver had no problem taking my hand and helping me out of the car.

They are great. We use them all the time. I use their service mostly for airport transportation. The reservation staff and the drivers have all been great. They are on time and really trustworthy. The cars are in really good shape too. Our experience with them has been very good. They have a system where we can set up an account. If we are a frequent user we can just call in and they would apply it to the account. This way we wouldn’t have to do a lot of paperwork while at the airport.

Excellent! The staff was friendly and efficient when I called to make my reservation. I had researched a few other companies, but Quicksilver provided the best rate and they were sure to list all the fees up front. I had been told that some companies would give you a fee that did not include tax, toll, gratuity, etc., but Quicksilver gave all that information when I made my reservation (their website even breaks down the price for you, so you know what goes into your total!), so there were no surprises. After I made my reservation, I received an e-mail confirmation (definitely a plus!). The day of my pick-up, my driver was on time, and with a sign in the window so I would know that the car was for me. He was friendly and helpful. The car was nice and clean also. After my trip, I received another e-mail confirmation telling me that the service had been completed and the amount I was charged.

I've not used many car services before, so I started searching the Internet. This company's web site was very informative, giving me all the info I needed, down to the exact price. I had also found a favorable review of it on another site. So I gave them a try. Setting up the appointment was easy. When I called late on Wed, the person who answered the phone was polite and got me set up in just a few minutes. The driver was on time, the car was clean and we got to the airport without incident. I forgot to get a receipt, so I called them after my trip and they emailed it over immediately.
