He was very nice and he never pressured me about payment. The other techs who have looked at my computer have not been as successful or patient. I will be calling him back for future service. Very reasonable pricing as well.

Larry was very nice and accommodating.  He cleaned up a lot on my computer, over the phone.  I wish I would have had him over as there were things that were difficult to explain over the phone (not being too tech savvy).  I'm sure he would've came over had I asked but just didn't get around to it after working with him a couple of time via phone.

Immediately responsive to my call, Larry transferred macros, and a few files, to my new computer.  He was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional.  Larry was the third tech. I had contacted to achieve this transfer.  I cannot recommend Netgeex highly enough!  Larry saved me an enormous amount of work by achieving this transfer.

Larry was very punctual and courteous. He had contacted me by email and we arranged on a mutually convenient time. He went right to work and diagnosed and solved many security problems on mu home's four computers. The computers were set up correctly by Larry so they all had the necessary security protection from viruses, malware, and adware. He also found what was hogging up a ton of space on two computers and cleaned them up so the computers are running a lot smoother. Iwill definitely use him again!

The monitor was going out on us. He made arrangements to come out within hours. He diagnosed and was going to provide a loaner, but we elected to purchase a new one.
We are very impressed and will definitely use him in the future.

My girlfriend used it, and I think she liked it. I purchased the big deal for her. They did not come out. They logged into her computer remotely for what he did. It came out okay, and I think she is having issues again, but it seemed to help. I do not thing there were additional charges unless she used them again. I think he was pretty good. I paid for it, and it did not seem that much with the big deal so that was good. I think she did set-up a time, and I think they made that time. She said she would use them again. She was thinking of calling them again.

Overall everything was fine.  I first contacted Netgeek based on previous review.   Even though I expected Netgeex to come to my home  we did everything via remote connection and phone.   I told Netgeex the problem what I had done and that my PC was running slow.   Larry checked my pc and performed maintenance and reviewed what I had on my computer.
One of his recommendations was to just buy a new computer.
Larry was very easy to talk with and I felt no pressure.   I would recommend him to anyone.

see above. I was very satisfied. Larry went far above and beyond the terms of the coupon in rendering service, at no additional charge (which I would have paid based on his time and quality of service. As I recall, the coupon was more geared towards remote diagnostics and repair, subject to the 2 hours. Rather than simply adhering to that, he made trips to both pickup and redeliver laptop, spent numerous hours on it and explained what he had found and done thoroughly.
