Saturday morning and no hot water.  Pilot light light would not stay lit.  Rheem unit only 4 years old so I called original plumber. He said I would have to replace the entire burner because he could not fix.  He said he's had several problems with that unit.  I said well why did you sell it to me.  When he showed resistance to even try to fix it I said "Good bye"...  and checked into the "A-List" to find a solution.  After several calls Larry said we might be able to fix that for you.  Amit was here within two hours and an hour later the unit no one else would fix is up and running.  He was polite and had the "can do" attitude I admire.  Just to be clear... I lucked out that my unit did not require a fancy triple coupling so he had the part on hand.  Will definitely call Larry's Plumbing again.  (BTW:  He also owns Mr. Rooter for San Mateo County...)

It worked out well.  I would probably use them again in the future if I needed to.

They had to remove the sink off the wall, dislodge it, put the other one in and put it all back and recork the sink and they did all these for $300.  They did a good job.  He was very positive.  He said he can do it.  He worked on it.  He did it as per my expectations.  He charged me what I thought he was going to charge.  I was happy.  He knew what he was doing.  The pricing is fair.  I will continue to use him again in the future.

I had an emergency hot water heater blow up at a rental property.  I am covered my American Home Shield but they could not get anyone out on a quick basis so they told me to order the service directly and have the provider call them for authorization. Larry's plumbing was great, from the phone calls to the quick and excellent service to the follow through with the invoice.  I was able to get everything done very quickly and professionally and still get the reimbursement from AHS.

Punctual,pleasant, and knowledgeable. Drains were cleared in short time.

I was tickled pink with the work. They were on time and worked promptly. They had the materials they needed to do the work and all of that was great. The one thing that was a little disappointing and was outside of the scope of the job was that we had a knob on one of the two valves that was cracked. The guy said that he didn't have the handle for the valve with him but he would go back to the shop and drop one off at the end of the day. He never came back. He made a commitment that he didn't live up to, but he wasn't required to. The repairman was friendly and appropriate. The service itself was fine. I would use them again.

Dwayne and his helper showed up punctually for the job at our house. We discussed the plumbing problem (very slow drain in the kitchen). He determined that the job could be done with a portable rooting tool. He and his helper went to the clean out for our kitchen (requiring a ladder to access) on the side of the house and went to work. They were done in 30 minutes or so. The drain works perfectly now. These guys are quick and don't waste time chatting or dragging out the process. We wrote them a check for the quoted price (off their standard rate sheet) and we were done. I'd call them again without hesitation.

An unexpected kitchen drain blockage (always "unexpected', right?) sent me to Angie's List, since our plumber has retired. Larry's Plumbing was the closest to our residence and had universally good (though a minimal number of) evaluations. Dwayne answered the phone promptly at around 7pm. Said he would give a free estimate when he saw the job. He arrived promptly, worked diligently, charged what I considered a fair amount. I would unquestionably call him again. In fact, we have talked about his replacing a toilet in our residence . . . again a fair price was quoted.
