We started working with Haruko in early 2010. I instantly liked how she
would show up with itineraries and market breakdowns, and we would
narrow from there. We were probably her toughest first time buyers
making many offers and counter offers in a strange RE environment. We
would focus on a certain property then a previous offers suddenly were
active again as buyers could not get loans voiding their contracts.
Throughout this process Haruko remained a loyal and driven professional
and eventually a personal friend. Whether it be giving advice or
pressing seller agents we always knew she was working for us no matter
how busy her workload was. We finally found our new home thanks to her.
