Concrete Repair
Not very well. There are a couple places on the walkway where it looks like portions of footprints. He also assured me there would be no damage to my plants and there was damage. I would have protected them if I had known. The worst thing is that he tried to charge us extra for root removal and that was obviously the problem . We paid him in full minus the extra root fee. He accepted and cashed the check. The city sent him the refund for the permit fees, which we had paid, and when we requested it back he took $100 out of it for the extra root fee we did not pay! Then he told my husband to stop being a crybaby. Very unprofessional and I have made the City of Millbrae aware of the situation as the company is on the list provided by the city. The sidewalk went fine and the city approved it.
