We had a wonderful experience working with Bay Remodels to renovate our home. The project consisted of substantial changes to the floor plan which included creating a master suite with brand new bathroom and walk in closet, adding a guest bedroom & bath, adding a laundry room, updating a kitchen and building new deck. We changed flooring, changed doors and windows, etc. It was an extensive renovation and Arsen and his team did a wonderful job. Not only did they finish on time and on budget, but they were fantastic to work with. They were constantly in communication with us and every day someone was working at the house. We felt that they genuinely wanted us to have the home of our dreams and did everything possible to make that happen. Arsen is a very honest and upstanding individual and a man of his word. We would not hesitate to work with Bay Remodels again.

We hired Bay Remodels for our whole-house renovation project. We essentially rebuilt our house from the inside out and added a 2nd level. Arsen understood how to address the complexities of the project and get to a beautiful finished product in a timely manner. Working with Arsen and his team has been a joy even in a time of great stress and uncertainty. He and his team are consistently professional, talented, ethical, friendly and a genuinely caring group. We hired Bay Remodels to do a total remodel of our home. During the approximately 5 months of this project we found the Bay Remodels specialists to be totally professional while at the same time so open and friendly that we trusted that our home was in good hands when they were at work and we were away. Arsen is a man of character and the workers he hires represent him well. His ability to solve problems and present innovative solutions and suggestions was amazing. You get what you pay for and they were well worth the price. We have a hard time deciding which of our new spaces we want to hang out in at the end of each day! Arsen and his team of professionals have turned our outdated style house into our dream home! We had a major renovation project we wanted to complete before Easter. We even got a few bids before making a decision. We were right to choose Bay Remodels. We decided to expand and rebuild our old house and chose Bay Remodels for this project. They added a second floor to our house, made a new facade, balconies and interior redevelopment. Our garage now accommodates two cars. This is a big project and Bay Remodels did a great job with it, the result is excellent. Bay Remodels recently finished a two-story additional house in our backyard. They built a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms, deck and bath on second floor. Bay Remodels bring together a top quality result for a very reasonable price. Communication is their strength. The estimates was very reasonable and all aspects of the process are clear and efficient. Arsen is honest and experienced about selecting the right materials and make sure the result exceeds expectations. His team worked prompt and moved ahead as scheduled. We decided to remodel our old 1950's house completely and Bay Remodels was the company we choose to do the work. It was necessary to redevelop the rooms on both floors, build new decks with stairs and make a modern finishing of the entire house outside and inside. Arsen made suggestions that helped make the project easier to do, and made suggestions on issues where we needed help to make the project better. He set a price in advance, stuck to his prices, and did the job as promised. His crew was very respectful and polite. All crew members are very professional and skilled, we were very impressed with their attention to detail. We would definitely call on Bay Remodels again for future projects.

Bay Remodels did an outstanding job! They remodeled our entire home - kitchen, guest and master bathrooms, porch and stairs. It was completely gutted and redone. They also laid new pavement on the backyard. During the renovation process, Arsen supervised our project and was completely responsive to every question that we asked. He was on site several times a week if not daily, and he kept in touch with us consistently by phone when that was the best way to communicate. As with most remodeling projects, we did encounter some problems with unforeseen issues. But the adjustments in cost were entirely reasonable, and the job was completed on time. We are very happy with our beautiful remodeled house! We would recommend them to anyone. Arsen and his crew were great!

We are very satisfied with the work Bay Remodels did with our home. They made a big interior renovation of our house (kitchen, bathrooms, staircase and bedrooms) and also some exterior and landscaping work. Bay Remodels have done a great job to remodel our old house and build an addition to it. All in all the transformation Bay Remodels did was remarkable! Being that this was my first venture into remodeling, needless to say I was tentative and hesitant at the start. However, Arsen and his team made the entire experience both gratifying and exciting. In summary, the main reasons for choosing Bay Remodels were their professionalism, communication, overall interest in the project, responsiveness, and commitment. We were in contact with Arsen nearly every day, either by phone or email. He immediately responded to our questions and any concerns that could arise. I would highly recommend Arsen and his team. When my wife and I decided to remodel our house, we knew it would be a very big decision. We had no experience with remodeling and was overwhelmed by the process. All our doubts were dispelled when we started working with Bay Remodels. Extensive modifications to the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and master bedroom were expertly performed by their various craft teams. Right from the beginning, we have a good feeling about Arsen because he started the conversation by finding out what our goals for the project were. He answered the numerous questions we had; and kept track on things that need to be done. He kept great communication always, and inquiries were answered in timely manner. We recently completed a large addition to our house with Bay Remodels. They built 2 new bedrooms and a new bathroom on the second floor above the garage and did an internal renovation of the existing house. Like most people, we had heard several horror stories about hidden costs, contractors not showing up at the worksite and difficulties with keeping to promised schedules. During the process, it was very easy to communicate with Arsen and his team. All questions and concerns were addressed promptly and honestly. The best part was that our questions and somewhat frequent change orders during the process were supported with what we felt was a genuine regard to support our decisions. This has really created a level of comfort and trust that we consider very important for such a large project. Bay Remodels was hired for a whole house remodel including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and roof. The house was in poor condition and in desperate need of repairs. The remodeling included major system updates to plumbing, electrical, ductwork and others. Also we wanted to build a new deck with stairs to the backyard and a new porch on the front side. I can say from the first time that we met Arsen until the day the project was completed - that it was a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. Arsen and his crew were courteous, professional, honest, friendly and knew what they are doing. They were cleaned every day and was very trustworthy. The sub-contractors he has brought in for some jobs (electrical and masonry) were just as professional and great as the rest of his crew. We have done a large-scale renovation of our house this year. We needed to strengthen the Foundation of the house, remodeling the rooms, build a two-story addition with a terrace and update the facade. We chose Bay Remodels for this job, since they already did our kitchen repairs two years ago. Then we were very happy with their work, and they did not let us down this time. I decided to completely redo my old house and hired Bay Remodels to do all the work. I have never done anything like this before. I’ve heard horror stories from all my friends about contractors that steal, take forever, break stuff, or do low quality work and that fear kept me from remodeling. Arsen was outstanding. Not the cheapest quote I got but not the most expensive either. I just felt very comfortable with his knowledge and demeanor. The quality of the team was excellent and very professional. Bay Remodels is a truly professional company. They delivered quality workmanship and was on schedule as promised.
