He is really good. He is so conscientous. He came in and did the work quickly, and I haven't had any problems. He is also a very charming person.

Brian rescued our project after the first window installer didn't work out. Fortunately, he was able to start the following week. He stayed on the job doing all the work with one assistant. We explained to him that we wanted to following the manufacturer's suggested installation instructions. Brian agreed and carried out everything as written. He showed up promptly every day and went straight to work. I was impressed that he did all the work himself. That was important to me. I've had experiences of speaking with the contractor who isn't on-site doing the actual work and the information doesn't get passed onto the workers. Not only is Brian professional and courteous, but his work is top-quality and he does it all at a fair price. We had contractors give us estimates that were much higher. Our final price went higher than the estimate because when he broke out the stucco on two windows, he found the backing underneath wasn't holding up properly and needed to be replaced. Brian installed plywood and new paper to protect the wall from water intrusion. He has since installed two door side light windows for us and we definitely plan to use him again.
