YE OLD BRIT CHIMNEY SWEEP

Kevin showed up on time and determined what was needed to repair the fireplace. He then advised he would get the costs of the parts by Friday of that week and call me back. After several weeks of no call back I called him, no answer, left message. After several more weeks I called again and left a message. This time I received a call back, he told me he had not located the parts and would do so right away and call me back. Again, no call back. I reached out to him again via his website and received a call back the following day. At that time he told me the led light bar was no longer available. I advised him the light bar wasn’t a necessity but fireplace operation was. He then asked if I wanted him to order the parts. It was at that time I told him no, I wasn’t going to use his service after months of waiting for him and the fact he was paid $350.00 for 30 minutes of troubleshooting. I then went on line and located all parts he said I needed, including the light bar, which I purchased and installed personally. It is just amazing how someone can take your money and doing nothing further to resolve the issue they were originally called for help on, just amazing.

HE SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND AGAIN HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT. THERE WAS A LOT OF WORK TO DO AND HE CAME IN AND GOT IT DONE. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. HE JUST CAME IN AND WAS ABLE TO PINPOINT THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND THEN WE SCHEDULED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR HIM TO COME IN WITH THE PROPER THINGS AND HE CAME IN AND FIXED IT. IF I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT AFTERWARDS I'M FINE WITH IT.
