 + -1 moreIf you are ready this review, please stop and find a different provider right now--My Smart Lease is that bad. My Smart Lease took the property for 2 months and didn't rent a single unit. In that time period, they only received one application. Here are my specific frustrations with their company: 1) They didn't put up a sign for two weeks because they "don't think signs bring in quality tenants" (I know, I should have fired them right then). 2) They didn't post it on Craigslist for the same reasons. 3) They gave me one status report in the first month (after calling for days), and after that when dark on me. Their receptionist would pick up, say, "they aren't in today", and then hang up. I have a hard time believing that for two months their office was empty. I could go on like this for hours, but instead, I will suggest that if you are still somehow considering this company, look at my other reviews--all positive! In general, I am a very positive person, and truly only leave negative feedback when I feel it is deserved. My SmartLease earned this negative feedback with two months of negligence and poor business practice.
Description of Work: I hired My Smart Lease to manage a property. My Smart Lease attempted and failed to get it rented out for more than two months. They did not actually perform any of the services promised.
