It seems to be that the quality is just not there with home depot. I had take my toilet back to them because we couldn't get that one in and it wasn't fit, went back and had a different one got come home and it was all broken up and we back again to home depot and got a third one and finally got that one in and that's why we don't like them. They are okay for little things, but not if you have want something really quality. The customer service people don't help you that much at Home depot. I would use them again only because they are the only around here, but I would prefer someone else.

The Home Depot consultant was excellent, described the work to be done, loan approved for project loan and new roofing installed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with work performed by KS Roofing, professional and excellent work. Will use them again in the future.

THE COMPANY IN GENERAL HAS DONE WELL BY ME. THIS PLACE ON HIGHLAND HAS REALLY GONE DOWN IN MY BOOK. THEY JUST HAVE A LACK OF SELECTION AND A LACK OF SERVICE. THEY SAY THEY CAN ORDER IT, BUT I WANT IT NOW. I GO FURTHER DOWNTOWN TO THE OTHER HOME DEPOT AND THEY HAVE IT. IT'S JUST A MATTER OF STOCK.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY GOOD. BUT I THINK THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. THE INSTALLERS FINISHED IN A TIMELY MATTER. WHEN ASKED TO COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE, THEY CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY.
