Summit Solar and Roofing

Summit Roofing was a new business in Nov 2019. Make sure you read all of the "Better Business Bureau" complaints! They rate Summit Roofing at 3/5. The 2 owners, Weber & Mitchell, refuse to give me a signed letter saying I "Paid In Full" ! I need that for my tax purposes! That's unethical & illegal ! They refuse to give me a warranty on labor and on my shingles like our contract says!! Those were in my contract I signed with them! I was ready to fire them the 2nd day. They were going to install new shingles on over 400 sq ft of severely water damaged plywood. I stomped holes in the plywood and forced them to replace it! Owner Mike Weber says, "We warranty leaks only!" That means they don't warranty high wind damage, water damage and etc.! You pay extra for that! My new roof leaked for 15 months. They refused to do any repairs until I paid in full! My Insurance adjuster warned me about them by telling me to not pay in full until a satisfactory job was completed!. I repaired the leaks myself after 15 months of major leaks!. They refused to give me my original receipts that I need for tax purposes and for my shingle warranty. They knew when I signed their contract they would increase the cost by almost 25% after they removed my old roof. They call it "Code Upgrades". I call it "Intentional Deception"! They sued me, I counter sued them and then appealed! Summit Roofing refuses to comply with Superior Court Judge Keh and Judge Mann legal orders!. I proved to both of those Judges Mike Weber lied to them while under a sworn oath! The lies are in both of the court transcripts! Weber has lied to me at least 20 times in the past 18 months! He can't be trusted! I don't trust habitual liars! This is a "TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN BUSINESS!" They caused $3,500 of damage and refuse to be responsible for their mistakes! This was my "WORST MISTAKE TO CONTRACT WITH SUMMIT ROOFING!!!"
