Matt and his team were incredible. I had received a quote from another company first, and got a bad case of sticker shock, so I almost gave up on getting central a/c. But a friend told me about Matt and his dad, and that they had just gone out on their own and started a new company. Matt came out for a quote and he was on time, professional, immediately likeable, KNEW his stuff, and didn't try to upsell me to death. And best of all, their quote came in at ALMOST HALF of the previous company. Wow. We scheduled the work for the very next week, and they came and installed in a day. Incredible work. Neat, clean, perfect. And it's like a completely different house now that we have air conditioning! So glad I didn't give up on getting this done and that I found Southland. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Honestly!
