Q-Services Heating and Cooling

After receiving an electric bill in excess of $400 for the month of
August, I knew I needed to do something drastic.  How could my bill have
quadrupled in one month and I wasn't even staying cool??  Q-Services
was recommended to me by a friend who was familiar with the owner Damon
Quiggle and recommended him on the basis of integrity, fairness, and
expertise.
Damon came to my house and worked on the A/C attempting
to save it.  After charging it, it was clear that the 20 year old
compressor was done for. 
Initially we talked about the cost of a new system--an expense no one is ever prepared for.  I had taken an immediate liking to Damon and my gut response was to just go ahead and have him install the new a/c and furnace.  However, I knew I needed to do some research despite my inclinations, so I told him I needed a few days.  I did some research on the internet and called and got a few more estimates. 
In the end, I went with Q because of Damon.  I trusted him.  Based upon the recommendations of a couple of friends, I felt sure I could count on him to service what he was selling to me even if it was years down the road.   The first system he quoted was only about $5,000 but after researching it I knew I wanted an energy efficient system with at least a ten year guarantee.  He recommended York after several years of working with that line because he could readily get parts and found them to be extremely reliable.  There were a few negative reviews of York but I chose to listen to Damon instead of the reviews. 
So it's a month later.  My bill dropped dramatically and I am sitting in a comfortably cool room as I type this. 
I would recommend Damon with Q-Services because he honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable in his prices.  You can't ask for more than that for any service.  I feel I made a good decision trusting him.
