Scott came out and gave us an estimate for a new roof under the HERO program. He wasn't the least expensive but was nowhere near the most expensive. We had quite a few questions about HERO requirements. Scott did a lot of research and verification to ensure our roof would be HERO compliant. Scott was very prompt when returning calls. We were out of town when most of the work was done but I believe the entire process took 3 days. The old roof was torn off in only a few hours. Scott then came by and inspected the plywood. Then we left. He notified us a couple days later that all the work was done. He ended up doing the following: tear off, replaced some sagging plywood, replaced facia board, 3' of ice and water barrier around the bottom edge (we live in a colder climate), new flashing, new Owens-Corning shingles, and water diverters above our doors. (We don't have rain gutters.) when we got back there wasn't any scrap/trash around the yard. The new roof looks great! We've had a few heavy rains since the install and there is no evidence of water inside the house. Everything came to about $11,400 for a 2600 sq ft roof.

He's very fair and very courteous and professional. He's very responsive and does a great job.

Called for estimate and owner, Scott, came out next day.  He arrived when expected.  Services needed were to repair a small leak over garage and replace some broken tiles.  He personally looked over the roof.  Very professional explained in detail the proper steps that needed to occur to fix the problem correctly and gave me a detailed estimate.  We scheduled a day for him to come back and complete the work.  Arrived on time and was done in a timely manner.  I should also add that he gave me a warranty for his work.  Very pleasant to work with, will definitely be calling for future work and referring to friends.
