+ -1 moreOwner and tech found problem and replaced an obviuosly faulty solenoid soon after arrival. They returned the next day to replace solenoid with one with longer life . Unit works fine..
Description of Work: Room heater not working.on cassette (heat pump) unit. A/C working. Unit 17 years old. Diagnosed as a faulty heater solenoid which was replaced.
