I called him as one of my apartment units was having a leak behing the dish washer wall. He responded right away and quickly went to the property. However, he could not find the source of the leak. He opened a gaping hole in the exterior wall - almost 4' x 1'. Came back the next morning after 10 and left quickly and then came back. As the carpets in the apartment were completely soaked at this point, my tenant called me wondering if the plumber knew what he was doing. I called him right away - he was at lunch and was going to call me back! Didn't get a call for 20 mins - I called back and demanded to speak to him. He told me "he thought the leak was in the wall, but he didn't even have equipment to detect the source and he was waiting for his buddy to call him for leak detection equipment!" This was 12 hours after he first went to the property and the water was still leaking! I immediately fired him. Overall a good guy, but he should have told me right away if he needed help from a leak detection company. Now, I had to find another plumber and hire a water damage remediation company as two apartments were flooded while I wasted time with him. I would not hire him again.

Very Well- The person doing the work was very freindly and explained the problem. He had to leave to get an additonal tool but returned very promptly and did not charge for the extra time and effort to resolve the problem. Would definatly use again

WAS ON TIME AND POLITE. HE CLEANED UP MESS. HE WAS REASONABLY PRICED.
