I ordered the plant assortment on Feb. 10th, and it was to be delivered to my husband at work on Feb. 14th, between 1pm and 5pm. The order never arrived and they did not call me to notify me that it was not going to make it. They had two of my phone numbers, my address, my husband's work address, and they still did not notify me of a failure to deliver. I've called to request a full refund, a manager was supposed to get back with me, but has not.
