"Thank you for the feedback.? Just to clarify ? the job involved cleaning out a mill scale pit filled with water and required excavator with a 50-foot reach. This type of work falls more under industrial waste cleanup, not grading or excavation, which is what we specialize in. Since it did not require any earthmoving, it is outside of the scope of a C-12 License. Sorry for any confusion, and we appreciate you reaching out."
