Rick was very professional. Reached out before the appointment to make sure we were still on for the day. Was on time. Very polite. Asked my opinion as to where and how I wanted things installed. Took time to show me how it all worked. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him for home security install.

Excellent customer service. Very professional and clean. Rick was very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked after he installed it also taught me how I could view my cameras from my phone. If you want everything done fast/clean by a professional I would recommend using Main Tech Systems and ask for Rick!!

He had great prices. Was very professional and down to earth . What i loved the most there was no dumb question he answered everything i asked in a manner i could understand and was patient with me . I would definitely hire him again for my needs i 100% recommend him. Very reliable and punctual.
