The technician did it quickly and competently. He did a good job and knew what he was doing.

Called several A/C companies to get quotes on replacing our old broken A/C unit with a new one. Out of the three, Loma Linda had the best price and the owner, Miles, gave it to me straight on how this should be done. He wanted to make sure he would not have to come back again on this unit and suggested replacing the pump and handler now instead of going with an older, less energy efficient unit. His recommendations and knowledge helped make this process fly smoothly. He was able to install the units during the peak season very quickly and the installation went very smoothly. He had the new system up in less than a day, which gave him time to check the install and make sure everything was perfect before he left. He also showed me how to change the filter and use the new thermostat before he left. Miles was very honest during the whole process and never tried to shove a bunch of unnecessary expenses on us. He is an honest A/C guy, which is very hard to find in today?s world. I would recommend him to anyone!

It took a little bit of time to get the bid, and prodding on my part, but the price was excellent. Once I made my decision to use them I had to wait a week to get on the schedule (not too bad in the early summer months). The installers showed up and got right to work, completed the job in less than one day and the new system works great. They made sure I knew how to use the system before they left.
