Description of Work: The Service Man name was Ricardo.Upon arrival I explained my problem(my dryer).Ricardo to a look at the dryer turned it on and diagnosed the problem immediately.had to get the part said he would he would be back the following day to repair.he showed up the next day broke the unit down replaced the part and put it back together.this dryer is now a smooth operator.i am impressed.

 + -1 moreHe was a perfect vendor. I had no problems with him. He was prompt and his price was fair for the repair. He was very knowledgeable, and gave preventive advice so that I don't have to keep breaking down things that I was doing in the laundry room; things that he told me to keep the machine from breaking down, so he wasn't out for all the money. He called back a week later to make sure everything was OK. I will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used K & R Appliance Service to fix something in my laundry room.
