Custom floors and Jesus were awesome. They really cared about the quality of their work and did a great job. I got several other quotes and Custom Floors gave a very fair price. What was most impressive was how quickly they did our job. Their guys worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job. Jesus was very responsive, knowledge and get to work with. I would absolutely recommend these guys and we will be hiring them again for our next project - thanks!!

Worked with Jesus. Very professional. Answered all my questions via txt and phone calls. Never kept me waiting. Showed up on time and finished our carpet. Cleaned up everything as well. We are happy with his work.

Comparatively speaking, the install quality was descent. However, Jesus's business ethics are subpar. After making the original deposit, he wanted another payment before even finishing so he can push our job aside and move onto another one that he overscheduled for. Based on the California business code, the limit of deposit is $1k or 10% of the total, which we more than paid for. He also tried to cite the vague language in his contract to justify this, which further worked unfavorably towards his integrity. Needless to say, he tries to overschedule his work and push your project aside when he feels convenient in order to get new clients in. Additionally, you'll have to watch the nickle and diming on every single issue and watch for significant price increases. Finally, to further salt on the wound, Jesus didn't clean up the demo trash after the project was completed and left a mess for us to clean up ourselves. Please be forewarned for all those reading this, as I will NOT be recommending him to anyone else. Perhaps this level of ethics is prevalent to this industry, but as consumers we should not held at ransom to accept this type of service to complete our home reno project. This is my public service announcement to you all - take it for what it's worth.

Jesus was on time, did great quality work, and completed the job in a day! I am beyond thrilled with the work he and his team did, and would hire him again for future jobs for sure! He helped me buy the right materials, was flexible when he needed to get some additional plywood, and totally over-delivered!

Jesus and his crew are amazing...they are priced just right (WAY below local flooring guys up here in Lake Arrowhead) and are just incredible. Jesus is a true professional, who takes great pride in his work.They clean up as they go along and leave nothing out of place. The craftsmanship of their work cant be beat. We had a huge job for them to do, and they got it done quickly and perfectly with NO flaws. I would highly recommend Jesus and his crew to ANYONE looking for an amazing deal on top quality flooring at unbeatable prices.
