After interviewing approximately six contractors, we ultimately chose John and his team for our project. Our decision was influenced by the positive feedback we received from individuals who had experienced John's work firsthand. Reviewing his previous projects instilled confidence in us that he was the right choice. When John provided us with his estimate, we were impressed by its professionalism and thoroughness. The breakdown of costs for each aspect of the job, along with a detailed outline of the work to be done, resonated well with us. Given that we reside in Canada, much of the communication and decision-making occurred remotely. John was great at keeping us informed with almost daily updates and lots of progress pictures. His flexibility and willingness to accommodate our occasional changes made the entire process seamless. John's meticulous attention to detail further heightened our satisfaction with his work. Handling online payments was also a smooth experience, as John consistently provided updated payment contracts reflecting the current balance. The finished project looks amazing we are really happy. We wholeheartedly recommend John for any renovation project, as his professionalism, communication skills, and commitment to detail greatly contributed to the success of our endeavor.

To express my appreciation and thanks to John Cook Custom Construction Company: We had a fire in the garage due to a battery charger to our golf cart not turning off. The fire was extensive to the garage and the laundry room was damaged by soot. The fire department was able to get it out before it spead to the roof or home. We used the local ServPro Company for the clean-up but when it was time to rebuild, they were not timely and could not provide the expertise needed. Fortunately, John Cook Custom Construction Company was working in our community. John came over, assessed the damage and gave me a cost estimate that was good and the insurance company would approve of. His workers came over and started the rebuilding process and John kept me informed when the work would take place, when they would arrive in the morning and what they would be doing. I really appreciated John and his team of workers. I would highly recommend his company.

This is the second remodel I've done with Cook Custom Construction and it turned out amazing. We did a complete remodel of our guest bathroom with a tiled walk in shower and a frame less custom acid etched glass shower door. They ran power for the bidet toilet we had installed as well. We also had a new bathroom vanity installed with shaker cabinets with beautiful quartz counter tops. We had a drop down ceiling above the vanity that was brought up flush with the rest of the bathroom ceiling that allowed for a beautiful counter to ceiling backslash that turned out absolutely amazing. If you're looking for quality work and a company that pays attention to detail I would definitely recommend Cook Custom Construction for your next project, you will not be disappointed.

John and his crew did an amazing job renovating both our bathrooms. They exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with the results. Already discussing our next project with him!

I have been a customer of Cook construction for over 15 years. John and his crew have done a lot of work in two of my homes, and totally remodeled my entire present home. I just had him come back to remove a bathtub and make a walk in shower. I was very happy with the results. Iâ ve recommended Cook Construction to many of my friends and family. They too have all been very please with the work. The crew is very considerate and courteous. I will always use this company, they can do almost anything you want done.

My grandmother was having difficulty bathing herself and my cousin, John Cook decided to remodel her bathroom to make it easier for her to use. He started a GoFundMe for the family to donate to and him and his team started right away. They did a complete remodel- including subfloor and flooring,electric,and plumbing. We received updates of everything and we were able to see the bathroom come together step by step. He put in new bathroom tile, a vanity, new lighting, and made the bathroom accessible for my grandma who has a very hard time getting around. He put in grab bars in the shower and near the toilet so my grandmother could use the bathroom easily and comfortably. We are very grateful for the beautiful work Cook Custom Construction did for our grandmother. Such a beautiful job- done right and quickly!

John was very courteous and promp. He replaced some decorative beams and had to fix the plaster that was damaged by a tree. He color matched the paint of the beams and the plaster. Everything was nice and clean when they were finished.

John Cook and his crew are the best that money can by when you want custom and professional work done on any projects you may have in or around your home.He is a licensed contractor that can complete your personal design if you have one for any remodel,addition or just something you want to change in or around your home. If you don't have an idea of what you want done in your home he has plenty of great project ideas for any project in your home inside or out. This is my second remodel with Cook Construction with more to come in the near future. I highly recommend Mr Cook for any contracting jobs you may need. Professionalism is a must in this business and John's one of the best.

The smartest decision I ve ever made was to hire Cook Construction to remodel my kitchen. John and his crew were professional, honest and friendly. John has a good eye for offering suggestions on materials and color schemes. He was very hands-on and worked right along with his crew. They paid great attention to every detail. I was so pleased with their work that I had them remodel my bathroom also! My kitchen and bathroom came out better than I expected! I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

It is a pleasure to write this review. From the initial meeting to the end of the project, Contractor John and his staff were professional and had a commitment to detail in their work. They were always on time. John listened to my concerns and was able to give innovative approaches to my design plan. This included helping me to pick out tile at the store. His patience is a virtue. They made sure that I was happy with the progress of the work. My bathroom required drywall repair, removal and installation of new lighting,tile of bathroom floor which needed some repair,tile of shower walls with underlayment and more. The end product is absolutely outstanding. Their pricing was reasonable. I am already planning to hire them again for a kitchen update. I highly recommend this company.

John Cook and his crew are amazing! They arrive on time, get right to work and are very concientious about protecting the existing home environment. John is very creative and makes suggestions along the way. Im very pleased with outcome of the project. He didnt hesitate to tackle other small jobs that werent signed into the contract. I contacted Cook Construction following a major water leak and the subsequent damage, and complete reroute of my water lines. John and his crew were prompt and efficient in restoring the damaged walls, flooring, and stucco. They also did an amazing complete bathroom remodel, installed a ceiling fan, paint, crown molding, and lighting fixtures throughout the house. The entire crew was polite, meticulous, and concerned for my comfort. Johns suggestions for the interior design were valuable. I am extremely pleased with the entire project and would use them in the future.
