Very expensive. The sewer backed up in the house. In the past, about 5 years ago, they used the roof to clean it out, but this time they refused and they said they wouldn't do it through the toilet. They said they had install a 2-way clean out because the house had none. When that was done, they were supposed to run a cable to clear the stoppage and a camera through but then they recommended a flush which would be another $400. (I already paid them $370 for another job, also overpriced, to replace flex water supply lines, gas valve flex line and thermocouple for water heater in the garage, because the kitchen sink wasn't very hot but still hot water doesn't come out - they are now saying I need to change out the water faucet in the kitchen sink -- another $390! That's where we're at right now. I'm not a happy camper. )

They are the best of the best. I have been using BHI for 30 years. They are excellent and have reasonable pricing.

Repair man called and gave us a projected timeframe.  He arrived within the timeframe and performed the work.  He was friendly and professional.  Nice to do business with another local business.

THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE. I KNOW THEM ALL.

WORK IS DONE PROMPTLY. MAINTENANCE IS DONE ON SCHEDULE, REPLACEMENTS ARE DONE AND CHECKS ARE MADE AND REPORTED TO HOME OWNER. WORKERS ARE ATTENTIVE TO NEEDS AND CONCERNS, ASK QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE ISSUES.
