My first call was two days ago. Girl answered the phone politely too my information and told me some one would get back to me by the end of the day (it was 9am) to schedule an appointment. No phone call. Yesterday day I called and politely explained to the lady that I was told I would have an estimator call me ASAP because of their failure to give me a phone call the previous day. No call. TODAY, I called ONCE AGAIN, and the same lady picked up. Her reasoning why no one has called me? Because she FORGOT TO WRITE DOWN my number to give to the estimator. Sad part is that person never bothered to look up my information which has already been put into their system. Not professional at all. You would think they would at least try to make it up to me for their poor service. Unfortunately I was wrong. Use at your own risk.

He was on time and everything was good, other than the price; it was too much.  He quoted me $7200 and it would have been more than that but he did not know the price of the decoration.  I was going to get little turtles on the bottom; it is like a family, there is a mother, a father and three little ones.  The turtles also have a shadow underneath where they look like they are swimming.

Chose Baron Pool Plastering because they worked with Paul Bogner Pools to initially construct our pool.  They were veryprofessional the first time we used them, and didn't disappoint the second time we used them.

I went with Baron because a friend had used them and was pleased.   The entire project proceeded as promised, with minimal mess and disruption. I appreciated Jim's ideas on how to configure the baja bench and to build up the barrier between the pool and spa. There was some price creep that was partly my fault for not bargaining better and getting additional bids.  For example, the baja bench that I was initially told would be $1,200-1,500 ended up being $2k.
The workmen were reasonably tidy.  The guys who came out to set the pumps to stir the water as the pool was refilled, however, did a poor job of communicating with me and tripped the power by overloading my outdoor outlets.  I had to get an extension cord and plug the pumps into my indoor outlets in order to keep them running for 24 hours.  This was OK because I was home, but could have been disastrous had it occurred while I was at work.
I'm still not convinced that the deck coating is such a great product.  I expected it to be more impervious to staining.  A year after the work was done I've noticed it peeling up in one spot, so I'll have to call and have that repaired.
In addition to the cosmetic fixes, I bought a much-needed D-E filter through a firm Baron recommended, and had the same fimr recondition my Hayward sweeper. Once the project was done, Jim gave me a helpful lesson on pool chemistry.
Overall, my pool and deck look much better than they did before...they had gotten pretty bad.  Three of the concrete slabs along the edge had lifted and needed to be replaced, and the stained white pool plaster had to go.  I enjoy the baja bench and the improved spa overflow, and have gotten compliments on the improved appearance.

They were very prompt in setting up a call for an estimate for a re-plaster and re-tile. They even came out when I was at work which was a great convenience for me. They left a very nice package with a quote. All I had to do is call them back and accept the proposal. My wife and I thereafter changed our mind and decided to find the money to remodel our pool since it was built in 1975 and in serious need of updating. Only 2 small jets in the tiny spa, seriously undersized plumbing, outdated and underpowered equipment. It made sense. We received a flyer in the mail for Baron's with the theme of backyard remodel, pool in the picture, hardscapes, barbeques etc. etc. I called and asked for another quote to remodel the spa and replumb everything. They said that they would be happy to do a re-plaster and re-tile but cannot do a major spa rebuild and replumb until fall or winter. This is the busy season for them and they dont have the resources right now to do it. They were very professional and I totally understand. I am looking elsewhere for rebuild contractors. I am still confused about the backyard remodel flyer they sent me, must be for next year...

I heartily recommend this company. They responded immediately to our phone call. Their rep came out the next day, examined the pool and gave us an estimate. He had tile samples and info on plastering. The work was started the next week and completed on time. Needless to say, the results were fantastic! We were very happy with the service and the product. All their personnel were courteous, friendly and professional.

They did really well. They came out and were prompt. They were professional. The tiler guy was amazing. They came out and gave a list of what I should expect, what I should not do, what I should do. Good customer service and gave me a lot of information about what I should do or not do with my pool. I should make sure to drain it, different things to keep my plaster good on my pool. I would recommend them. I would use their services again in the future.

Their service was outstanding, and I got professional advice from them. They gave me a cost estimate, and their actual cost was also the same as that of the estimate. They told me what the cost of the other companies would be. I wanted the job to be done quickly instead of having delays like 6 weeks or something. I waited a week and a half for them to come out. They came in and did the entire work in 7 days. They did the work quickly, professionally, and neatly.

He gave us an exact schedule of when everything would be done and he cleaned up well.

I FEEL THEY DID AVERAGE WORK. WE HAD A LITTLE BIT OF TROUBLE AFTER THIS WAS DONE. IT WAS LEAKING WATER FROM THEM NOT TIGHTENING THE LIGHT FIXTURES AND THE PLASTER IS STILL ROUGH. THEY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED THE LEAK.

THEY DID WHAT WAS EXPECTED OF THEM. IT WAS A GOOD JOB. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS WHAT WAS EXPECTED OF THEM AS WELL. THE POOL WAS PLASTERED WELL.
