AAA Superior Sliding Glass Doors

Scott Hoge and AAA sliding door are exactly what they are in their title SUPERIOR! I had called a competing company prior to AAA and the competitor came out and wanted to charge 500 dollars to replace the slider on my glass door! I sent them packing. I found AAA and talked to Scott. He was upfront with all the cost, and gave me best and worst case scenarios before he came out. I sent him photos of the door, the slider, and the frame. He gave me a price without knowing what his competitors gave. By far AAA was and is the cheapest! He made an appointment right away to come out and get the slider back into normal shape. He and his guys showed up on time, were very friendly, helpful, and educated us on how to keep the door slider in good condition to prolong the life of the slider. He backs his work and part for a year. The competition only wanted to warranty their work for 30 days. If you need your slider repaired or replaced don’t mess with the other guys. CALL SCOTT!

Scott and his team arrived right on time. They did not waste any time getting the door off the rail. Scott showed me the reason why the door was so difficult. They replaced the rail and worn wheel cartridges. They took less that a half an hour to repair the door. Now I can open the door with as little as one finger whereas before, I needed both hands and full body weight to open the thing. Thank you Scott and your team!!

Our sliding glass door became extremely difficult to open and close.  We were pretty sure the problem was the track, as well as the wheels on the door.  We looked into repairing it on our own, but we were unable to remove the door.  Previous owners had damaged the adjusting screws the wheels of the door, preventing it from coming out of the frame.  We called AAA Superior for help. Scott was personable and professional on the phone, when we called for an appointment.  He gave us a 2 hour window for the appointment, which was nice, rather than having to set aside a whole day of waiting.  Scott and his two assistants actually came early.    Scott looked at the door and explained that they may have to cut the frame in order to get the door out, but that they would try to avoid that.  From the other room, I could hear the three of them working hard and carefully, to get the door out.  I could tell that it was no easy feat, but they did it.  They saved us time and money by removing the door without cutting the frame.  Scott replaced the wheels and the track on our door and had it working, better than ever, in no time. We are very happy with the service we received.

Scott Hoge and crew of 2 arrived promptly.  On the telephone, he had said would arrive between 2 and 5 pm.  They arrived shortly after 2 pm.  Inspected the 2 doors.  One door very hard to move.  Gave estimate of $165 to repair the one door.  I accepted the estimate.  Door was removed and repaired as above.   This door moves easily now.  Crew was tidy and worked quickly.
Last week, when I called to make this appointment, we agreed upon 6/24/2015 in the afternoon.

Scott and his partner came out and quickly replaced both sets of rollers.  The door works great now.  This job required more disassembly than I was comfortable tackling myself, so I am very glad I called them.  They were in and out probably within half an hour.

Scott Hoge did the work. He scheduled an appt, and showed up like 1/2 hr early, even. He had another 
employee helping him and they did the work smooth and easy in under an hour. The door that was 
unslidable and unlockable, is now functioning perfectly. He told us he is able to outfit almost any 
sliding door (like 80% or better, I don't remember exactly). And he gave us a one-year guarantee. 
They were polite, professional, and saved us the expense of a new sliding door. I cannot say enough 
great things about this company. I wish I had a way to find people suffering with bad sliding doors, 
recommend this company, and end their door-fighting days! Please get this review where people will 
see it!

My sliding glass door was extremely difficult to slide. My wife and I had to use both arms and our entire body to get it open. Scott came in with a couple colleagues, and they were in and out in 20 minutes. The door works like brand new. Scott and his crew was courteous, professional, and easy-going. He explained what the problem was, and showed us the old broken tracking wheels. Now the door slides effortlessly!

Scott was amazing. I called on a Monday and he was able to come out the next day. He and Oscar went right to work and were able to fix both sets of tracks so well that you can close the doors with your little finger. We have two additional doors that he checked to make sure they were okay and instead of taking advantage of the situation and insisting they needed to be repaired as well, he sia we were good to go as is. He even said he'd order more track so it would be on hand should we need repair in the future. How refreshing!!

Scott called to tell me he was on his way exactly when we had scheduled. He and Oscar had my door rolling great, the security pin in place. He even made sure I was able to use the security pin properly. I was very impressed with the professional experience of this repair. Nice clean truck, organized equipment and tools, and very friendly helpful service. I've not had the best experience with repairmen, even when referenced by a friend. I feel professional reliable service is rare these days, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I really regret not knowing of them when I had most of my windows replaced (and got ripped off by a friend of a friend).

I called the office and spoke to a lady who took my information. Scott returned my call within 10 minutes. We scheduled a time to repair the door early the following week. He arrived with a fellow worker who promptly got to it. Their work was spot on. I couldn't be more pleased with their business, from their communication to the finished product. If anyone asks, I'd have them hold onto their Home Depot/Lowe's plans and give these guys a call. Excellent, from start to finish. ***** stars. Thanks guys.

They were good. Initially, I thought we just needed new rollers but it turns out that the track was cracked and needed replacement in addition to the rollers. My wife had the owner call me to explain the issue with the track and I agreed to the repair. He also provided directions on locking the door so as not to knock the lock mechansim out of adjustment and gave directions on keeping the track clean by sweeping, not washing. The door slides much better and I hope it will last. They were quick, clean and professional. I would use them again, but hope not to have to based on the work that they did and the price.

We have a heavy-duty custom sliding door and it jammed and the bearing locked up and it was hard to open it and those guys were professional, they took care of the problem. My husband is a huge critic of service people and we were very pleased. They were on time, there was follow through in the calling, they were efficient. They got the job done superiorly; I mean the door went from not being able to open to I being able to open it with my two fingers. It was not an easy job. I would use them in the future.

I called Scott Hoge, the owner, and he gave me an estimate over the phone. The price ended up being less than he quoted because he had the materials on his truck even though this is an over-sized sliding glass door. He and his workers were very professional and finished the job very quickly. We could hardly use our door for a long time because the track was getting old. Now it works like a dream! Thanks Scott!
