Plumber was knowledgeable, very helpful and proactive with information, and balanced cost vs. value.
Spent 2 hours doing a number of things listed above. Lots of consultation and good information; great about answering questions.

They came and did the job right that the previous guys patched up and walked away from. I had a home insurance program that sent the previous guys and the home insurance program wanted me to renew their policy. They picked the guy, the guy came out, and didn't do the job. He called Wilson and he came out. The kitchen sink clogged up. We baked apple pie last Christmas. It clogged up the sewer. Wilson knew what to do and did it right. It was open in 15 minutes. He said it was $275. It was a flat rate. The guy was very knowledgeable. He came out when he said he would and he got all the work done in one visit. Once he fixed the initial problem, he verified that there wasn't another more serious problem going on in the system. The guy is a very experienced fellow. He had actually run his own business in another part of the country. He was out here when the economy turned south, he hooked on with Wilson. Wilson's a local outfit and they have an excellent reputation and this guy took right in. He's the first guy that looked on the problem and didn't mess around like everybody else.

Everything went excellently.

Came 4 hours late, but called twice. Changed $165 for 15 minutes work!
