Description of Work: They rescheduled multiple times. It took them 10 days to deliver the car. I had to drive 3/4 mile to deliver it to the transport and walk back. My soon had to take a cab to pick up the car. The delivery was supposed to be door to door.

Direct Express Auto Transport were good. They picked up the car when they said they would and they delivered it when they said they would. The car didn't have any damages or nicks on it.
Description of Work: They shipped my car to me when I moved to a new house.

 + -1 moreThere was no problem with the driver. He was extremely professional and took great care with my car. The company gave me a quote, but they could not give me an exact time when they would pick up my car. I needed to know because I needed to make sure the car was taken away before the movers came. They also said they might need me to drive my car somewhere for them to pick it up because my cul-de-sac is a little narrow. When I finally got set up with a driver he was great to deal with, but the corporate customer service was just not good at all.
Description of Work: They moved my car from Portland to Topeka.
