New Life

Mark can handle problems and move forward to tackle the next. He was very successful at removing old toilets and then installing new toilets in difficult to access, small bathrooms. Left rooms spotless after work, which we and our tenants appreciate. He is very peasant to work with and easy to communicate with. He texted us when he was on his way to the job to let us know his timing. He works quickly and is very capable and thorough. We will be calling him back for other work and highly recommend him!

Mark came out and estimated the job and showed up on time to do the work.  He gave us a heads up that the job might run into two days of work.  Because the retaining wall was part of a terraced garden, he had to sit on a short garden bed to access the wall and do his work in a very confined space . He took down thre broken stones, chipped off the old adhesive, sanded the wall to reapply the concrete mixture.  He then re-built, rock by rock, the compelte wall.  It took two days but he did a tremdnous job.  If you need ANY masonry work I would highly recommedn Mark Young!!  And he is a delightful person with great communcaitiosn skills.
