I think I spent around $500. I was amazed to see his work. my son made the bathroom bigger and they matched the corners with such precision. They cut the sheet and when they laid it down you could hardly see the cut at all. It looked really nice. My mother and I used them years ago in the mid 80's. We had a house and they did the bathroom there and they were very good. They finished off the top part with a nice border and it looked really nice. They're very friendly, they're very professional they seemed to know exactly what they were doing, they didn't take a long time and they did it all in one visit.  They gave me a good price.

Salesperson "Jonna" gave us a complete estimate. Helped us select the best carpet at the best price for our needs.  Arranged to have installation several days before Thanksgiving.  Provided us with boxes to help pack china/fragile goods to empty furniture.
Installers were on time, finished job quickly and provided excellent service.

The salesman was friendly and easy to deal with. The installation crew did nice work on the floor with two exceptions 1) they rushed to finish the job and did horrible work on the baseboards. 2) they laid an individual board right in front of my custom vanity that was not the same shade as the rest of the floor by the time we realized it we were stuck with it because we did not want to risk damaging the new custom vanity.

The service was O.K. at the beginning, but became terrible after they received my money. The salesperson, Mr. Johanson, having measured the area for tile, sold us much more tile than was necessary. He refused to take back the surplus (unnecessary) tile. He failed to provide me with the sales invoices. 2 boxes of the WRONG tile were included in their tile delivery to us. I immediately returned the 2 boxes of the wrong tile to the store (to Mr. Johanson personally) and I was told by him that he will send to me a refund in the amount of $171.96. They never refunded the money, although I politely reminded Mr. Johanson about it several times. He either failed to return my calls, or claimed that the money had been already refunded to me, which was a lie. After several unsuccessful attempts to get my refund, I finally told Mr. Johanson that I would like to talk to the store manager about this matter. He replied that he IS the store manager. I then had to tell him that I'd like to talk to the store OWNER about this matter. Mr. Johanson categorically refused to make it happen. I called the store and asked for sales invoices (one for the carpet, another for the tile). The woman who answered the phone claimed that she knows nothing about it, that only Mr. Johanson knows. I then was forced to ask for Mr. Johansen. She crossly said that he was not available, but she promised that she will give him the message to call me back. He never did. Although I was cheated, I was invariably very polite to Mr. Johanson, but he was very rude to me on several occasions and said that I was "wasting his time". Since I was told that Mr. Johanson is the store manager, the whole thing was obviously not only the matter of dishonesty and totally unprofessional behavior of one particular store employee, but probably characteristic of the store in general. Shame on them! I will never use their services again! IF YOU HAVE THE CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE STORE OWNER, I WOULD APPRECIATE THE INFORMATION, BECAUSE THE REFUND IS STILL DUE. Thank you. They were very good. They quoted me a price and I found it to be very competitive. So I had them do the job and they had the job done within a week. The quality of their work was very good. Their responsiveness and punctuality were very good too. Their professionalism was excellent. My overall experience with them was excellent. I would definitely use them in the future too.

The service at the store was excellent. The persons who came to get the estimate were able to come very soon. They arrived promptly and were professional and quick. The installers were also prompt, courteous, and very good at laying flooring. There was absolutely no mess left. Moldings were taken off carefully and replaced perfectly. The floors look great! We would highly recommend them to anyone.
