Drain Pipe Installation
A crew of 4 dug around the house until they hit the "hard pan" clay surface. In places, they had to go down 6 feet. In addition, drains were installed inside the house in the crawl space to capture water from an unknown source. Gabriel was very diligent about trying to discover the water and doing whatever was needed to capture it. The project took 3 weeks and lots of digging, but seems to have done the trick. Our crawl space is finally dry. He also installed gutter screens on the roof and located a leak in the irrigation system.
