They will align the front end, change the power steering fluid and add a trim piece that had fallen from a rear side panel. I have had all servicing on my 2006 Honda Pilot performed by Sam Linder Honda since I purchased the car in 9/06 from Sam Linder. I have all the service records. As soon as the car is serviced I will leave for a short trip and return early next week.

What I like is their cleanliness and the inside of their shop leaves your car as clean. They do the work quickly. We live 30 minutes from the shop and they have a service that will take you to work or home. They will not take me out this far, so I have to sit and wait for it. They will jump right on it, so that I do not have to wait so long.

I have been going there for years. One time when I had major work done on my car, my credit card company wouldn't raise the limit on my card enough and I was literally in tears. I told them I didn't have the money and the general manager gave me a hug and told me that I had been coming there for years and to just come back when I could. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful it made me feel that the general manager recognized me as a loyal customer and he was willing to do that for me. Another time I had my car serviced and it also needed body work. They sent my car out to someone else to have the body work done. They called me and told me that my car had come back but they weren't happy with the body work so they sent it back. That's the kind of service I have been dealing with and I love it. I wouldn't go anywhere else; I have been going there for ten plus years. I have only had wonderful experiences and they know me by name. I feel comfortable going there because I know I'm going to get great service. Not only that but every time I go there they call me and ask me how it went.

I have had two instances where I went in to purchase a car. I was approached by a lady and I told her I just wanted to look at a few things. I asked for her specifically because I had previously worked with her daughter. I told her I was going to look but I wasn't going to buy that day. She looked at me and said, “If you're not going to buy anything today, why are you even looking?” To me, that was insulting. No one buys the first vehicle they try and I didn't appreciate that comment. Three weeks ago I went in to look at cards. Although I had signed the papers allowing them to check my credit rating, they weren't willing to give me any numbers on cars unless I was dead serious about buying a vehicle that day. I told them that if they didn't want to give me numbers and if they hadn't run my credit report to not run it because I would just go somewhere else. They still did it. I just got a letter from them and they are twisting their words around and giving me the run-around. I had two bad experiences within five years from two different employees; I was treated poorly and I do not want to return there. I had been taking my car to the service department for years and I was a loyal customer. You would think they would be willing to work with me but they weren't.
