They used different subcontractors. The main thing I liked was that, Darrin, the gentleman who prepared the quotes, was not pushy about any high end things. I am a teacher on a budget and I am the only salary so it was imperative that I have something that was only functional; I don't need fancy. He steered me towards the most basic, functional things I could get.
