I made the appointment online on Thursday and scheduled for them to come to my house on Tuesday morning to repair my glass. Tuesday morning I got a call asking if the car had been kept in a heated garage because it was cold out. This is Montana and if my car needed to be kept in a heated garage I assumed someone would tell me before the repair. I was asked to drive the car to their shop, but it was 15 degrees outside and I was missing a window. They told me to put a heater by the car and someone would be out it a couple hours. I placed the heater directly on the door of the car. When the technician arrived he said that it was still not warm enough and it was possible that if he did the work he could break part of the molding on the door. I needed the car so I let him do the work. There was no problems with my car. He did find a broken piece inside the door that had been broken when the car window was busted. I asked him if he could repair the piece while he was in the door but he said it was something a mechanic would have to do. He asked if I wanted him to fix the glass again and I said yes I need the car. Remember when calling Safelite that they only repair the glass not anything else wrong with your window system.

$100 was my deductible. They replaced my windshield in their shop. First, to make the appointment I called a local number but got a call center for the company. They were fine and scheduled it the next morning. The shop was clean and orderly. The work was performed well and the windshield is like original. Everything went smoothly.
