Rapid Landscaping Service

Description of Work: Approximately 3 weeks ago, we found a door flyer that got our attention. We called to schedule an estimate & was impressed that the owner wanted to come the very next day. The next day came & since he had not arrived at the scheduled time, we placed a call to him & was told he was on his way. He arrived approximately 15-20 minutes later. That was fine as we realize in his business he could have been delayed on a job that took longer and/or caught traffic. He came with an employee & we were impressed with their courtesy & professionalism. Our opinion is that they appeared to be honest & hard working guys & we liked them. The only problem is that the owner intended to have an estimate ready within a few days (the following Tuesday from his visit) & we have not heard back. He was the one suggesting to us that he wanted to have an estimate for us then. We thought about calling him except his flyer states "DEPENDABLE & HONEST" SERVICE, so did not call. Not sure if he got busy & forgot. Or perhaps our job was too little & they are more interested in their larger bids since the flyers probably attracted many potential customers. We cannot judge without knowing but we still believe he is honest & diligent but just was not DEPENDABLE with us.
