Steve made two appointments and never showed up. First appointment supposed to be after 12;00N, not till I called after 11:30 to check ETA , he said he could not make it. So we changed to be the next day after 12:00. He called that day in the morning around 10:00 and said he finished his other appointment early and would want to come within 30 min. I told him I had other commitment and could not make that time. He said he is in Salinas, it is too far for him to come back. Totally unreliable. If he thinks it is too far for him to serve, he should limit his service area to be Salinas only, not after confirmed the appointments but no show. There are lots of other committed professionals around. It's totally wasting time to deal with people has no credibility to start with.

Yes, there were scheduling issues on my part. At the onset I explained was was based 100 miles away from her, and reluctantly made the appointment on a day i was intending to be in that area. That day however, my first appointment ( in Pebble Beach) ran much longer than anticipated. There was no way to make her scheduled time in Saratoga. So we rescheduled for another day; This day, I finished up my appointment, 4 hours earlier than expected. I called here and asked if I could come earlier, she could not accommodate. At that point, I reminded her i was 100 miles away and it was probably better she find another company that was closer and had more flexibility to their schedule to address her needs and I am truly sorry we could not connect... sometimes life goes your way, sometimes it doesn't.
