Do NOT get this provider. For a few months, things were good. There were occasional problems with connectivity but usually fixed within a day or so given that they had no real tech support or way to reach them after business hours or on the weekend. The tech they did have gave me a number I could text when issues cropped up and that was helpful. However, a few days ago the connection stopped working and my texts went unanswered. Finally, there's a call yesterday in the evening - they have decided to no longer provide service in my area and they did not give any sort of notice whatsoever. Nothing ahead of time, and only after the fact because we started pestering them. This impacted not only personal internet use but my family's business. With no warning suddenly business emails and internet communication and commerce was stopped. This leaves us scrambling to get access back via another provider and meanwhile, they were just going to continue charging us for no service until we squawked about it? Very shady, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Don't go with them - unreliable.
