This was my first time using Home Advisors; despite it being a Saturday, you responded to my request for service within an hour of my posting. You called, left me a voice message & an email. We scheduled a time during my work day to meet for the estimate, & I was only gone from work 1 hour and 15 minutes. You answered all of my questions during that time & came back with an estimate within 24 hours. Now that the work is done I would like to thank you & your teammate for the personal attention & courtesy extended to us. As I am OCD your patience was truly appreciated. Johnny was great and the team he sent did a great job. They are very busy so I had to call a couple of times to get a specific day & time, but my repair job on my laminate was pretty small so probably fitting me in between their other work.

His work crew was capably skilled, efficient and a pleasure to have on the job site. My needs were Johnny's priorities. All work was complete and on time. Was impressed with the quality work on my rental in Alisal. It is a 70 year old small home and I was concerned no one would want to touch it! I had not used his company before but he came over, inspected it, and gave me a great quote, considering they had to replace an old, stained, smelly carpet ! No excuses or delays.
