I was impressed with the fast response! I had recently had my carpets done in my closet. When I replaced one of the closet units, I discovered they didn't replace the carpet under the unit. I was looking for someone to replace that section of the floor with some left over new carpet I had extra of. I called James around 1pm and they were here within the hour and patched up my carpet that same day. I highly recommend him and his son, very professional and quick!
