phone wiring
 + -1 moreGranville King (the proprietor of Early Bird Communications) came out the same day we called, and when he discovered there was nothing wrong with our equipment, he called AT & T himself and navigated through the phone tree and then explained the situation to AT & T. They determined it was their problem, even though earlier they had said everything was fine. Granville's fee was extremely reasonable, and he's a pleasure to deal with.
Description of Work: We needed help with our landline phone - it was dead. AT & T wasn't helpful.

 + -1 moreMr. King came over right away and diagnosed the problem we were having with our phone. He discovered it was a problem with our service provider, and he made the call and talked to them himself in order to make sure they understood the symptoms we were experiencing. He was helpful, professional, and he made sure we understood that he guarantees his work in case we experienced any trouble in the future. I highly recommend him!
Description of Work: Diagnosed and resolved problem with no dial tone on phone.

 + -1 moreMr. King is a person we would highly recommend for installation and repair for business and residential of phone, data and TV cable, as well as jacks and wiring and media panels
Description of Work: Granville King saved the day for us when we could not get AT&T to respond to our request for a technition to come out to our new residence to install 3 phone jacks. We finally realized we had to find someone and called Granville from his add in the phone book. He came right out gave us his price after investigating the work to be done. He even talked through the direct TV installer over the phone and did a fabulous job for much less than AT&T's quote of $129 to $149 per jack. All the wiring was done inside the wall resulting in a very neat and clean job. Mr. King even came back out to the house on his own dime when we told him that we were unable to get a signal for our computer. He assured us that the phone lines were working properly, and after the fourth AT&T rep came out to the house they determined that they were setting up service to the wrong house number.
