Excellent. David is a great guy and helped with certain technical decisions we needed to make. He's punctual, professional, who and personable. And he was super fair in his charges and broke down all the costs to see prior to beginning. David is planning on returning to tile two bathroom floors in the next couple of weeks.

David Petit is a real craftsman and projects a genuine care for the quality of the work he does. He made several useful suggestions regarding the design and the execution that we adopted. We could not be more pleased with his work and will be using him in the future for bathroom and fireplace work.

Got the job done on time and under budget. He was friendly, punctual, professional and experienced. He gave us his professional opinion when it was asked for but he did not try to change our project into his. He listened to what we wanted and also to our concerns and kept them in mind once the project started.

Dave is a man who really loves his work and the results show it. He definitely is an artist. He did a great job. The floor is beautiful and skilfully installed. Dave was really helpful with ideas and he answered any and all questions.
He worked hard and stayed on schedule and even came in under budget. We will definitely use him again.

We went over each of the bathrooms with Dave and all the ideas we had for each.
His experience was obvious from the questions he asked that helped to clarify our project.
It was most important to Dave that we would get what we wanted, not what he wanted to design / build.
Dave brought lots of ideas and resources to the table and is easy going. He let you sit with an idea for a while, and was never pushy.
'Dave can handle everything, and never seemed lost no matter our idea, or what our 85 year old house surprised us with.
We have received many compliments on the bathrooms. We like to take all the design credit, but Dave knows it wouldn't have finished as it did without him. In fact Dave could have done much more intricate work that what we required, but never pushed that as his focus is always on what we wanted.

David is an incredible tile setter with excellent taste. He knows what he is doing and talking about when it comes to tile. Initially, we selected a travertine tile. However, we then thought about going with a ceramic tile to save money, due to the amount of tile being installed. David gave us the pros and cons to both, and we ended up going with the travertine. We are so glad we did! The tile is breathtaking. David showed up when he said he would, put in long hours to get the job done, and did the job right. Due to the variations in the natural stone, David was thoughtful about which tiles he placed where, and added special "touches" and accents in the different rooms which are spectacular. Everything David recommended and suggested enhanced our tile work, which he did at no extra charge. He is truly an artist and takes great pride in his work. He also lays the tile as though it were for his own home and does not just settle or say, good enough. At first, I was hesitant with a couple of his suggestions, but everything he did turned out so well, we are having him back to complete our backsplash, and we are going with his recommendation. He also recommended we install a tile base board in the bathrooms, which he custom cut from the tile. It looks wonderful! He also "capped" a half or pony wall that turned out gorgeous, which everyone raves about when they enter our home. If there is a "DO" with David, it would be "Do" listen to what he recommends. He knows what he is talking about and what does and does not work.

David is honest, hard working and became part of the family. This was a big job. We are also going to hire him when we redo our shower and have him install a walk in tile shower.

We receive compliments on our tile all the time and everyone asks for his name and number. We could not be more please with David from D and D Tile.

Dave Petit consulted with us during his first visit to our home, listened well, and made suggestions. He met with us at two tile suppliers and a kitchen and bath store to pick out the new tile, sink and fixture. What would have been overwhelming became easy. His demeanor is relaxed, professional and calming. He was very prompt on his show up times, worked hard every day he said he would, and he cleaned up after himself. The job started and ended on time. We are very pleased with his work.
