She focuses on the things I want done and is willing to help with extra items as I need them. We are pleased with her and the service she provides. I would recommend her.

Description of Work: Work in some areas was good but did not get everything done because of amount of energy being spent. Very slow and seemed more concerned with moving a vacuum around then overall cleaning.

 + -1 moreCara no longer provides move out cleaning service, but instead of not returning my call, she gave me a recommendation to another company that could. It's nice to see quality customer service hasn't gone by the wayside. As she did not preform any cleaning service for me I can not give a review on that, but if her cleaning services are anywhere close to her customer service, you will be in good hands.

 + -1 moreHer name is Cara Rosas. She was wonderful. She shows up. She does a great job, always on time and very dependable. She was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else. We have a 240000 square foot house and she only charges me $80.00 that was pretty good.

Description of Work: Cara has two different services for us. When we used her in November, it was to clean and do the housework that my husband usually does, She works hard and is very efficient. My husband is recovering from surgery. When he is unable to help around the house, Cara is the first person that I will call. Cara has stayed at our house and taken care of our kitty. I trust her and the cat loves her. She is a wonderful person. She relates well to us and our kitty and we feel like she is part of the family.

 + -1 moreCara has been cleaning my apartment bi-weekly for several months. I leave a list of items to be addressed and she takes care of them. Occasionaly, I have to point out something that was missed but mostly she takes care of everything on the list, is reliable and punctual. I feel she is trustworthy, otherwise I would not allow her into my home.

 + 0 moreCara spends the night at my home when we are away on vacation. She watches my cat; she gives my cat the quality attention that she is used to. She will do the house work while house sitting. She has even come out and helped with house work that came up when my husband was ill. When Cara does house work for me I pay her $20 an hour.
