When I called, the rep called back almost immediately despite being out of the area. She scheduled an in-home consultation for the day following her return and even called the day before to make sure everything was still going to work for my schedule.
The owner/rep arrived and showed me a wonderful plethora of styles and types with ACTUAL samples so I knew exactly what I would be getting. Then, the owner/rep discussed my selection, the warranty, and payment options.
Just over a week later, the owner/rep called to schedule an install...my blinds had arrived! The installation team arrived on-time and installed the blinds and adjusted them to my liking. One blind is a bit tight on opening and closing but I was assured that, if the issue doesn't rectify itself over time I can have it replaced under the 5-year warranty.
While many blinds I researched had the blind pole as an add-on, this company offered me the largest version free of charge.
I am very happy with the work done and look forward to using this company for my future window treatments.

I had a good experience with Nancy Meister of Budget Blinds of Monterey County.She did a good job of showing us what our different options were and she also gave us temporary blinds for all of our windows while we were waiting for the blinds to be made. One of the reasons why we decided to go with Budget Blinds was their turn-around time was quicker than Home Depot and Costco's service is quoting us. I think it was a week and a half or maybe 2 weeks, whereas most places they're telling us 4 weeks or more to get our blinds. All the blinds look really good and fit the window exactly. We did have a little bit of miscommunication about how we were gonna pay the balance so I wound up sending her a check and she wound up charging my credit card but as soon as she discovered the error, she quickly fixed the problem so it wasn't really an issue. It was exactly what we wanted and everything worked great.
