AV Builders gave professional advice and set correct expectation for the job along with very competitive proposal/quote for our 1300 sqft rental house rebuild/addition/renovation. On top of the quality delivered per specification and permit, Alberto and team were very responsive and flexible dealing with the LOTS of unexpected and changes throughout the construction period - they were very nice people more like friends than the regular construction crew we normally dealt with.

Albertto possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent contractor: he knows his market extremely well; he is diligent, responsive, and yet very understanding with his clients. Albertto is very professional and offers cost saving alternatives when possible. We are very happy with the work he does and the professionalism he brings to the job. I believe that AV builders group offered the best value for the new construction for our building. We highly recommend AV builders group.

They did quality work. Very easy to reach by phone for sure. Very quick response when you call them or email. It's very nice. His bid and his quality were above three other contractors. He would small changes are part of the cost. Extremely good value on not charging extra. I would definitely recommend him.

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I added a Master bedroom, bathroom, and extended my living room. I also rebuilt my deck. Alberto (Owner of Apex construction) is decent, honest, professional, easy to work with, and keeps his word. Alberto is hard working and determined. His crew took care of matters quickly, they were knowledgeable, clean and fast. Alberto gives good suggestions and most importantly listens to his clients. Apex construction is a great company and do an excellent job and I would recommend Alerto and Apex construction without hesitation.

Great company!!! They did exactly what they said and on the time schedule. They were also on budget and never asked for anymore money than what was quoted!! Great Great Great!!! Alberto is a man of his word!! They were clean and fast. Alberto always took my calls and text messages. He had no problem when I changed my mind (which happened many times) if you want a good job and done in a good time hire this company

Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I added an additional 700 sq.ft to my home. A bonus room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. My project turned out to be a nightmare and I went through two contractors before engaging Apex Construction. Alberto Argas who owns Apex Construction is a decent, honest and extremely harworking individual and his crew seem to mirror his qualities. Apex came in and completed the project for me in record time. I highly recommend Apex construction.
